... if you want to be one of the first on YOUR block to learn about GIGS happening in and around Alberta.
You'll receive the occasional GoToAGig Newsletter that will not only give you advance warning of upcoming GoToAGig.com presentations - the ones booked and promoted by this very website - but you'll also receive news of other shows & tours before they are even listed in the GIG CALENDAR. You'll get some GIG highlights, merchandise information and lots more pertaining to musical events and more taking place MOSTLY in Alberta & Western Canada.
Don't worry though, we won't clutter up your inbox like all of those annoying facebook invites and notifications. This site is just a one-guy operation, so it's actually more like... whenever I get around to sending them out.
Depending upon response & demand this site may well expand far beyond the borders of Western Canada... but only time will tell.
Meanwhile we're working on building & streamlining this site in order to make it a GoTo place for Gig information. Stay Tuned!

Yes... we do need all of YOUR information too in case we need to verify anything in your listing(s). If all is fine chances are you won't hear from us at all.
PLEASE Use DD/MM/YYYY format!! (ie 31/03/2012)
Street addresses are preferred too please, unless it is a House Concert Event
GoToAGig does have a lot of Venue Contact Information already, but folks need to know how to get tickets / reserve tables etc for gigs, so PLEASE
submit this information. Also let us know if you are using a ticketing entity such as Ticketmaster, YEG Live etc.
If your event is a House Concert PLEASE ensure that the host is OK with having their phone &/or email address posted.
It's hard to get folks out to a Gig if they don't know how & where to get tickets & information!!
***In general, links to MySpace & facebook pages just aren't that useful... have you seen some of 'em? They're CRAP & have little useful info.
Got a lot of Gigs to let us know about, OR a full tour OR multi-day event?
No problem at all... just fill in the required information* up top and then list your schedule line-by-line in the field below, but PLEASE list as much of the information
as you can for each Gig, formatted as closely to how we request above. When you're done...HIT SUBMIT!
Note: A submission does not guarantee that your gig(s) will be posted. GoToAGig reserves the right to decide whether or not to post shows &/or information.
